Born in 1974, Dr. Leng is a senior engineer and scientist. He graduated from Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in fine chemical engineering, and graduated from Liaoning Normal University in 2013 with a doctoral degree in cell biology. He joined the company in 1997 and was engaged in the research of protein biologics and the commercialization of research results. Dr. Leng received the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, and is a beneficiary of the special allowance granted by the State Council. He is also recognized as a national model worker, a national outstanding science and technology worker, a senior management expert of Jilin Province, and a Changbai Mountain scholar. He used to serve as a Director and a Deputy General Manager of the company, and now he leads the company as the Chairman and General Manager.

Born in 1976, Mr. Zhang earned his bachelor's degree in clinical medicine from Tongji Medical University in 1999 and graduated from Renmin University of China in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative of Federal Pharmaceuticals Beijing office from 2000-2002, a Medical Specialist of Eli Lilly and Company from 2002-2005, and served as Regional Manager and Deputy General Manager after joining the company in 2005. Mr. Zhang is now a Director and a Deputy General Manager (Sales) of the company.

Born in 1974, Mr. Zhang graduated from Harbin University of Commerce in July 1998 with a bachelor's degree in traditional Chinese pharmacy. He worked as a TCM Pharmacist at Beijing Daxing District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 1998 to February 2002, and a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative of Eli Lilly Asia Inc (Beijing office) from February 2002 to March 2004. He joined the company in 2004, and served as a Regional Manager and a Deputy General Manager. Mr. Zhang is now a Director and a Deputy General Manager (Sales) of the company.

Born in 1979, Ms. Su earned her master's degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law in 2004 and graduated from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University with a master's degree in business administration in 2012. She served as the Overseas Strategy Manager and the Investor Relations Manager at Midea Group Co., Ltd., the Board Secretary at Shanghai Flyco Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., and the Head of Investor Relations Department of Shanghai Yuyuan Tourist Mart Group Co., Ltd. before she joined the company in 2020. She is now the Deputy General Manager and Board Secretary of the company.

Born in 1979, Mr. Chi is a certified public accountant, an intermediate accountant, and a tax agent. He graduated from Jilin College of Finance and Taxation with a major in computerized accounting in July 2002. He later earned his bachelor’s degree in law from Changchun University of Science and Technology in July 2015. Mr. Chi served successively as an Audit Assistant, a Project Manager, the General Manager, and the Chief Accountant at Tongda Accounting Firm before joining the company in 2020. He now is the Chief Accountant of the company.

Born in 1974, Mr. Chen is a member of the Communist Party of China, a professorate senior engineer, and a licensed pharmacist. He earned his bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical analysis from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University in 1998, master's degree in bioengineering from Jilin University in 2006, and Ph.D. in economics from Wuhan University in 2016. He was engaged in the R&D of traditional Chinese medicines, biological products, and recombinant human insulin, selection and application research of oxide enzyme mimics, development of improved Zhennaoning capsules, pharmacoeconomic evaluation of Zhennaoning capsules, and development and application research of cellular bioengineering technologies for rare medicinal herbs. Mr. Chen served successively as the Manager, Deputy General Manager, and Chief Engineer at the Product Development Department of the company, and is mainly responsible for the development of improved traditional Chinese medicines and classical Chinese medicine compounds, and the quality control of Chinese medicine production. He now is a Deputy General Manager of the company.

Born in 1972, American nationality, Mr. Du earned his 7-year clinical medicine master’s degree from China Medical University, PhD degree in biology from Texas Tech University, postdoctoral fellow at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, and the fifth “Zhangjiang Outstanding Talent”in Shanghai. From 2009 to 2018, he held key positions in R&D centers of multinational corporations such as Novartis China，Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals China, Amgen Asia Pacific, etc. His main research involved endocrine metabolism, cardiovascular and oncology therapeutic areas. He served as the Vice President of R&D of Shanghai Renhui Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., before he joined the company in September 2021. He is now the Deputy General manager of the company.
